Delete your ShasthoLipi account

স্বাস্থ্যলিপি অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলতে নিচের যেকোনো একটি উপায়ে অনুরোধ করুন। আপনিই অনুরোধ করেছেন কিনা নিশ্চিত হয়ে আমরা ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে অ্যাকাউন্ট ও এর তথ্য মুছে ফেলব।

How to ask

1. In the Android app: More → Account → Delete account.
2. On the web (app.shastholipi.com): Settings → Delete account.
3. By email: write to mtahbib@gmail.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my ShasthoLipi account".

We confirm by email or phone that the request came from you, then delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Doctor accounts: your sign-in, profile and pad design, and all patient records, prescriptions, reports, appointments and notes you keep in ShasthoLipi. Your compounder's link to your chamber ends.
• Compounder accounts: your sign-in and profile. The doctor's patient records and appointments stay with the doctor.

What may be kept

Records we must keep by law, and backups that are overwritten on their normal cycle (within 30 days), may remain for that time and are not used for anything else. SMS delivery records held by the SMS gateway follow that provider's own retention.
